If you’re struggling
- Notice what you’re carrying. It counts, even if it seems small.
- Tell a trusted adult—a parent, counselor, teacher, or coach.
- If you feel unsafe, get help right away.
Mental Health Awareness Club
The Mental Health Awareness Club is a student-led community working to make honest conversations, meaningful support, and mental-health awareness part of everyday life at Bishop England.

Our mission
Our mission is to build a school culture in which mental health is understood, honest conversations are welcomed, and asking for help is recognized as an act of courage.
Why this matters
Mental-health awareness begins when we make space for honest conversations—and take one another seriously.
What we do
Make mental health easier to discuss without shame or judgment.
Help students recognize where trustworthy support exists and how to reach it.
Build projects and campaigns that strengthen the culture of care at Bishop England.
Taking a first step
You do not need the perfect words to start a conversation.
